1st for Women: poorest service ever!

I am extremely disappointed by the services provided by 1st for Women and highly recommend to everyone NOT to insure their car at this insurance. I was involved in an accident caused by a third party in mid April. It already took 1st for Women a whole 4 weeks to process my claim and assign my car to a panel beater. I was hoping that I would then at least get my car back quickly, but after 3 1/2 months I am still waiting for it to date! I am trying since 6 weeks now to get any update on the repairs and also how to recover my excess, but 1st for Women is simply ignoring all my messages and keeps quiet. Of course they were quick to increase my monthly premium already after 4 weeks, so it is pretty obvious how much they care about making money instead of serving their customers. At least they took back the increase after I complaint. But this does not help much when one is still waiting for the car or at least any feedback at all!
