It is the end of the month and I have responsibilities regarding payments that i need to make. Two weeks ago there was no problem on my absa check account. Now on the end of the month I find out (after phoning customer care!!!) that my account has been Fica'd. I have had this account for years, this is the first time that I have had to deal with this. It would be really nice if Absa Bank could properly inform their clients of these proceedings, now I have to go in with documents and confirm my account!!! On the end of the month and all my payments are due, I am so glad to see that you just expect your clients to have time for this!!! Your service is pathetic Absa bank. I will be closing this account and hope to never ever deal with you again!!!
