Unhappy Absa Business Account Holde

I am the business owner. I have an ABSA business account since 2004 at Newton Park, Port Elizabeth.
My daughter and I were the only members of the Close Corporation and were the only two with signing power on the business bank account.
In 2009 my daughter passed away, and she handled the financial side of the business. In 2010 I noticed a problem with my bank account and realised without my knowledge, my son-in-law was accessing the bank account via the internet.
December 2011 my business account was put on hold without notification. I went into ABSA bank and was informed the bank manager who put my account on hold was on leave. I contacted the ABSA Ombudsman in Johannesburg. He re-opened my account, but 3 days later it was put on hold again. No one at ABSA could help me to get my account open again. I had to get legal help and after my legal team sent a letter to the Ombudsman, and ABSA arranged a meeting together with my son-in-law. After a hefty legal bill, ABSA eventually realised that my son-in-law had no rights to my business account and informed him as well.
