Clients have high interst rates due to management

I opened an account with ABSA, after subscribing to the service no one could supply me with the correct account details for EFT payment from a different bank. I was forced to do payments at the branch monthly. This ineffective way of handling account payments forced me to close the account. I then went and closed the account at the Isando branch, They could not get me the account closing balance, due to system failures and had to resort to a phone call to get the right amount for closure. After doing a cash payment to close the account I handed in my cards and had them destroyed. For the last six months I have had ABSA staff phone me to advise that my account is in arrears, after explain to each and every person that my account is closed., this still reflects negatively on my credit report from Transunion. This has now impacted my credit rating forcing all my accounts to increase the interest rate. I HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH ABSA, AND THEY ARE COSTING ME MONEY, THIS IS!! ABSA should be held responsible for all the increase they cause in this manner, this is clearly mismanagement causing who knows how many people a lot of money unaware.
