I ahve a personal loan with absa, i didnt make a payment the previous month in June, so they were supposed to call me and make arrangement to clear off the arrears, but they didnt do that yet they took payment of the laon for two months and left me broke, i called thru to their call centre which they were passing me around saying that i called thru to wrong department yet i chose the correct number on the IVR, i called the call centre and an agent told me that they were not going to refund me as there was no arrangement about the payment i advised her that since there wasnt an arrangement they werent supposed to take that but were supposed to call me to arrange that and the fact that i received a text to say that they will be taking the payment on the 31st of July and yet they took it again on the 01.08.2013, iam still awaiting the call back from teir manager from teh call centre so no one bothered to call me back, their service is appaulling, their customer service is very bad... am very unhappy about the way i ahve been treated by the staff and yet my query is still not even resolved.
