Hi

i have a personal loan with ABSA bank. I defaulted on a couple of payments and the was a judgement against my name.

An arrangement for payment was made.

The issue i'm having is that, i have applied for a permanent post where i currently work (Vodacom) and they picked that i have a judgement against my name. HR therefore asked me to get a letter from ABSA confirming that i have a personal loan with them, showing the total loan amount that i still owe and also confirming the payment arrangement that i have with them.

From last Tuesday (2013/07/23) i have been calling their call centres (ABSA), going to branches and up until this day i have not received any assistance.

What makes me angry is that all branch personnel and the call centre agents that i have spoken to, have me to one contact person which is Priscilla Franscis (011 501 7101) as she handles my account.

I have trying to get hold of Prscilla from Friday (2013/07/26) but only got hold of her this morning (2013/07/29).
When i got hold of her at first it sounded she was going to assist me but she then referred me to another number (011 501 5000) and when i called this number they referred back to her.
