I received an sms saying absa transferred funds from my account to my personal loan account.
Note that this has been done without consulting me, and without my consent.
I phoned the absa legal department to query ; tel call ref # : 3031892481.
I spoke to Precilla Francis who does not listen to me and I not interested at all to assist in any way.
In fact there is a note on the system that I the customer will be going to absa branch to apply for my credit life insurance.
I was in a bike accident in December 2012, leaving my left arm PARALIZED. I am self employed mechanic, therefore I am not able to work and generate the income that I have prior to the accident. Nevertheless I tried and feb 2013 was my last payment which was partial as my condition left me with no other option.
I have spoken to Absa telephonically easily 20 times explaining each time my situation. Now Precilla gives me attitude and says that I need to make a payment arrangement.
This I have also done and the arrangement that was suppose to help me goes as follows.
I pay a partial payment for 6months, but at the end of the 6 month arrangement they want the full outstanding amount of 6months. what's the point?
