I would like to know is it possible that a final grant offer can be granted after a half an hour of evaluation & why is it that the bond originator can process it (the final grant offer) to the agent RE/MAX without any signatures on it. I done my home loan application with FNB & my offer I only got the next morning where as clive told me that it takes up to 5 working days. I am so disappointed with ABSA & RE/MAX the way they do business & to top it off that final grant offer from ABSA looks very suspect from the CLIVE (ABSA EVALUATOR) I view & took it to ABSA VANGATE to be checked out even the staff said it wasn't send from ABSA because the email address states a Telkom email address. Bond originators are drawing there own final grant offers so that there clients & estate agents can put the house as good as sold. Regards Very Disappointed Client
