Good service and going an extra mile

Nkululelo took over from the assessors department and he made sure that I was updated regarding the progress made. Even when the repairs had commenced I asked him to keep me informed. Although it took me a full two months to have my car repaired, Nkululeko made it less painful. I had endless problems with the panel beater and as a results the man assisted me further by arranging a hired car for me while my car was being fixed. If companies could have people like Nkululeko, this world would be a better place- and I believe that each and every client in distress will be treated fairly and with a high level of expediency.
Mind you this is the very same person who helped me when it appears difficult for me to get through to their legal department and I am still expecting me to help me further as communication with the department in question seem to be on the slow side.
