I had an accident early in February. Dial Direct as my insurance handled the claim which was then assigned to Nkululeko Xulu. I am happy to report that Nkululeko went an extra mile to make sure that I got a courtesy vehicle while my car was in for repairs and even moreover made sure that I never had to use public transport days after my courtesy car limit was over. Now that's going an extra mile.
He was professional in everything, from updating me on a regular basis to making frequent follow-ups after I received my car to make sure that I was happy and satisfied.
