We registered a claim for leaking water pipes in February this year, and have had to phone in numerous times to get Outsurance sending the contractors back to finish the job they started. The basin was removed, and is still on the floor, our tenants haven't had use of that bathroom for six months. The tenant took personal leave from work more than once for contractors coming in, and now gave notice to rent elsewhere. The basin is still on the floor, and I can't advertise or bring new tenants to view. Our previous tenant also left because a huge hole in the wall was left unfinished for the claim before this one, and we had the same problem with a job left half done for more than six months too. I asked for managers numbers many times, and could never get through to any of them... and that is why we refused to accept FNB's Outsurance policy when buying another property recently.
