My account was handed over to DMC for collection.
i have paid up the account as DMC did debit my account for the settlement amount in June already.
I have sent through numerous e-mails to their helpdesk e-mail but have not received any response even today.
I have also left messages on their number 0861 101 729, and have not received any feedback.
Please don't call me, just send me the paid up letter.
