Broken promises/poor Services

On 18 June 2012 my Mums house burnt down. I contacted Outsurance and advised them of what had happend and was releived that they where going to start reconstrcucting.i was then asked to find alternative accomadation which outsurance will pay for So we did.after the house was done we werent happy at all because of the below. We had built in Cupboards in all Three rooms the contarctors only fitted in built ins in two rooms and left the main bedroom empty also we did advise the contractors that we had locks and mirrors on the cupboards but that wasnt done either. Our Dish and aerial wasnt positiond correctly even till today we cannot get a signal outsurance sent through a technicion who mad a mess with the cords and even a big hole on the face of our house and left without completeing the job.our kitchen taps where destroyed and not replaced the stormwater drain was clogged up by the contractors and not sorted out. also the rent owed to the landlord of the house we rented wasnt paid in full by outsurance. All the above was promised to be completed by the contactor and wasnt its been 7mnths and still nothing done.after 16years of my mum paying premiums I think its time to GET OUT.
