No response, no feedback and they say Premium?

A year ago i received 2 ipads from fnb. I recently have had numerous problems with my personal phone through vodacom and am sick of taking it in for repair. So i decide to approach fnb to get a phone through them.

Due to the fact that i have 2 devices currently, i cannot get a 3rd which i understand. After emails back n forth it comes down to the fact that i must settle one device, apply and someone will get back to me.

I have since done this and in the interim been promoted to platinum/premium banking.

I applied and get declined for having more than one device. I called for a premium banker and after 9min of being on hold got pushed from pillar to post and never assisted. I have since applied again and sent 2 messages using the fnb website and app and still no response from fnb.

Absa has called asking if i will consider moving my platinum account over to them which i am considering, only reason i have yet to do so is because it is a mission to change banks, dr orders etc.. But if Fnb doesn't come to the party-i might have to move over. Hellopeter is my last resort to get a response and could have been avoided if my premium banker would respond!!
