Good day, I would just like to express my dissatisfaction with regards to Outsurance as well as certain contractors and staff. I had a broken pipe in the roof that leaked and was fixed without any hassles. I noticed that there was still water on the floor after the repair and reported it to you -Claim number 98731464 and now this is where the problem comes in. I have duplicate contractors arriving to do the same job. I have to continuously phone the contractors checking up when they are coming and if they have reported it back to yourself. I have spoken with three of your staff members who promised that I can contact them, but they just don't get back to me. I have tenants moving in over the weekend, but the painting from the first job still needs to be done, the plastering, vanity cupboard and laminated flooring also still needs to be done in the next four days. They light in the bathroom where the leak is was also broken by one of the contractors. Now I would like to know what you are going to do to get this job completed. I phoned the flooring contractors and they have not heard from you with regards to the job. I would like to know what you are going to do to sort this.
