Bad service or no serveice at all

I have my house insured with outsurance, early Dec we had a burst pipe in our entertainment area, outsurance was then contacted and they came out to fix the pipe burst within 2 days, i was very impressed all my family could not believe how efficient they were... but here is where the problem comes in, to fix the burst they had to break up half of the floor, which i did not mind because its going to be fixed again, so now its been going on to 2 months and my floor is still chopped up tiles and all... the worst part is my family spent Christmas in a mess of an entertainment.
I called outsurance about 20 times and no one can give me an answer all that they say is some one will call me back but no one ever calls, outsurance has not called me once since i made the claim, i thought they were so on the ball with service but they not... i received one text and that was with the name of my Adviser and i never in 2 months had a call from her and when i call her she is never available... Outsurance failed to deliver and i would not recommend them to anyone... And oh yes my Entertainment area is still not fixed.
And Egen is the name of the tile company... they are even worst
