EXPENSIVE PREMIUMS BUT CHEAP SERVICE

Outsurance is the worst company that I have dealt with in a long time. I logged a claim for a water leak at my property and it was only fixed 5 days later. I was given the option to have a repudable plumber to do the job on a fly by night (all contracted to Outsurance). I asked for this in writing and I'm still waiting. I have to wait for the assessor to come out for the second time to assess the other work that needs to be completed as a result of the water leak. Why was this not done the first time? Outsurance does not cover me for the R6000 water bill and sent me an unprofessionally typed letter to give to the City of Johannesburg to reverse my charges- haha! I'm appalled by the service from Outsurance and would not recommend them to anyone. I still have not had a follow up call from Outsurance since my claim was logged. I have to phone them all the time and they use contractors that can only do a job 2 weeks later because they are fully booked.
