HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter and Outsurance responded with a call and a promise to sort this for me. On Thursday morning at 7:20 I got a call from Dinky to find out what still needs to be sorted and when I told her nothing has been done, she said that she will sort this out for me, as I had a tenant that has moved into the house on Friday.

Up till today, I have not heard from Outsurance or any of their contractors other than the flooring contractors. My tenant is sitting without a wash basin and vanity cupboard in her bathroom, as the plumbing, vanity cupboard, light has not been replaced / fixed. And then the painting also still needs to be done. My tenant is deducting R100 a day off her rent, as she does not have full use of the house because of these outstanding issues. Now I want to know, how long does it take and what is Outsurance going to do about this as this is becoming totally unacceptable as it has been nearly a month for these repairs to be sorted. I am losing money on a daily basis while Outsurance and their contractors are dragging their feet. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT BENDING BACKWARDS FOR ME. FALSE ADVERTISING - EMPTY PROMISES
