I logged a claim with miway on Thursday the 25th of July and the agent called Nkele took all the necessary details and said she would call me back as the queries took 24 to 48 hours. A week later I still don't have any response from her and I decided to call miway Yesterday again to find out what is the hold up and the same Nkele told me she still needs to contact my previous insurance and the other party that was involved in the accident. I asked her why took so long "a week " to contact those people, and I also asked if there was anything I could do to assist her in this matter. And I was RUDELY informed that I was not the only client she has to attend to. I then asked to speak to her manager and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me the managers are in a meeting and she will ask her manager to call me back. I told her I dont trust that the manager will call me back, if she could not call me back and she was getting paid to call me. Then she put me on hold for 30 minutes till the phone got cut. I would like someone to contact he with a solution to my problem and Nkele to apologies to me for being so RUDE to clients.
