Early debit of account

I am extremely disappointed in capitec bank!
My debit order date is the last day of every month as this is when I receive my salary (december is no exception)
On 24 december you debited my account for my loan - when and how did my debit order date change from last day of the month to the 24th of the month???
I want answers as to why this occured!!!
