Poor service

I went to Nedbank on saturday for loan application which was pre approved. Later I received an sms to visit the branch again to sign the new docs as they have made a new counter offer. I did without any complain as Masego was helpful enough. Again today I am told that I have to come and sign new docs as they have dropped the amount with R100. Nedbank if you don't want to offer me your loan/services, just decline my application, I am sure there are banks who would value me as their client. I don't have time to run around for you guys. If you really want me to sign your docs, email me or start cancelling all my services with you. I refuse to travel just for R100.
