I am a client of Nedbank for a few years and I am very disappointed, because they can't assist me with a consolidation loan. I have tried for I don't know how long but they don't want to help me, other banks helped me, but my own bank can't or won't then it is not necessary for me to go to other banks.. Once my application was approved and then they said I must go to the branch with my documentation, but when I got to Kuils River the loan was only 9000.00 from 39000.00 then after a year I tried Eerste River they said there is offer of R40000, but they can't consolidate because African Bank's debt is more then what they offer and that I must try again after 4 to 6 months, I tried again on 07 January 2013 and then the offer was 9000.00 again, but 5 months ago it was R40000, so how can other banks help you, but not your own bank, I would like a consolidation loan from my own bank then I only have one debit order from my own bank, but maybe the best thing for me to do is to change to another bank seeing that my own bank refuse to help me.
