Unhelpful and very poor knowladge of product

Today i opened a new cheque account @ the FNB southdale branch, and the service i received was very helpful, and as it is a new account the card takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive, so i made it clear to the consultant that i needed to make an urgent payment from this account and could this be done using cell phone banking, he says NO PROBLEM... Right so i transfer funds into this account to make a payment to the accommodation resort to secure the booking for this weekend as its my fiance's birthday... trying to make the payment online banking requests the last 4 digits of the card i dont have..so i call the call center, speak to Shane0875759405 and and he in a i dont give a u stupid for not knowing voice tells me the info the consultant gave me was wrong.ok. i resort to fnb online banking, try to reg, says i already am, so click on the forgot usser name and password and there it states"If you do not have a Card and PIN to authenticate yourself please contact Online Assistance on 087 575 0000".speak to Lebo, tell her i dont have a card or pin, she says no prob, 30mins later its prob. What are u training your people on and now that ive lost my booking, what do i tell my Fiance?
