First National Bank
ACCOUNT REFUSAL

I opened a FNB cheque acount a month ago. This was done without a problem. I now require an additional basic account on my profile and when I went into Paarl Mall FNB and asked for an additional account I was refused because of my ID book.
What is the deal with this double standard?
If this be the case FNB can close all my accounts and I will go back to my old bank which never refused me any accounts. (I had 3 accounts with nedbank)
