NEGLIGENCE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Right, where do I start? In 2008, I swtiched to FNB, opened up my cheque account, credit card account etc. When my accounts were opened, the! di! ot who opened up my account, made such a mess, that on my profile my first name appears on my some my cards and my initals appears on other cards, when i specifically requestd that my intials and surname are to appear on my WHOLE PROFILE and on ALL of my cards. I made contact with FNB several times to recfity this and it still has NOT been sorted. On 11/05/2013, I went to the Brackenhurst branch and asked the branch manager (Zelda Marais) to assist in sorting this problem out and she brushed me off and told me to phone the FNB call centre to sort it out. Seems like she didnt want to help. I then phoned the FNB call centre and they refer me back to the branch and said that I have to go to my local branch to rectify this? I cannot understand why it cannot be done as I know of people who opened new accounts with FNB and their initials and surname appear on ALL their cards, so I am giving FNB until the end of this week to fix this mess they created. If they don't, then I will close ALL my accounts and move back to Standard Bank!! Bye. :)
