Mission to close accounts

I wonder why is it a mission to close accounts with FNB. I go to the branch in carnival mall they are off line, go somewhere else cant help cause the account was opened online. Can someone please help me close my 32days and notice accounts please. Make sure that its not my flexi savings but the ones mentioned above
