I am having very bad service from the online department as i have logged a reversal folled all the rules filled in all the forms and nothing is being done.
REF: 1-738545057
I was told they cannot autherise the reversal as they cannot get hold of the persons whos bank account it is i then gave them another number (00263714089889 zimbabwe number) to contact that person to get authority to do the reversal but still nothing

FNB has the worst online help i have ever seen they just pass the buck from one to the other

and to phone the online number is just as useless
