FNB has the worst service!!!

FNB has the worst service of all the banks I have been at, the lines in the bank are ridiculously slow and it does not look like anyone there knows what they are doing.

I was recently caught in a, I went in to the branch to try and stop the payment from going through, and the lady said I must do a reversal on it. So I filled in all the forms and when I phoned after 4 business days to find out what's happening the people in the online department said it should not have been a reversal and transferred me to another department and that department again said it's their responsibility and transferred me again. So I went in to the branch and spoke with the manager who said she will handle this and get back to me.

The next day the manager phoned me and said she is still waiting for a response but she will keep in contact to keep me up to date. It's been 4 working days and I have not received ANY feedback from her, and this process has been going on for 2 weeks now and no one can give me an update. The service is pathetic I regret ever moving to FNB
