I never got response on my reversal issue

I made an electronic transfer to someone as an accomodation deposit only to find out that it was a. I then went to Carlwald on the 06/01/14 for reversal & spoke to a consultant by the name of James Setlofane who completed a reversal form after I explained to him what happened.

On the 07/01/12 I received an email advising me to call FNB DEPARTMENT on 087 575 9444 since they do not do reversals on transaction therefore the sr 1-783902286 will be closed since it can't be actioned. I called the number and I was advised to send a dispute form to disputes & I got a response advising to dispute to online banking... 25 (82) 135-6959 - [email protected], 27 (11) 303 - 0308 - [Email Removed]
since the 9th of January I never had any response from you guys today it is the 21st. I've been banking with FNB for more than 10 years but I just felt that the value & loyalty I've been giving to FNB all these years are not being recognised to me as a client. The least I've expected is to keep me up to date with the progress of my query instead of leaving me at the dark.
