I have lodged a complain regarding the money that was deducted from my account by FNB. The money was for the reversal made. I was supposed to pay for 2 transactions which is R214 per transation but they have charged me R856 for 4 transations. Their terms and conditions regarding transaction reversal states that: only reversal that are within the period of 30 days will be reversed. I keep on calling them and they keep on promising that they will get back to me as soon as possible.

Please intervene on my behalf because i have no option but to move from FNB to another back. I have been banking with FNB for the past 8 years.
