Online transfer reversal

I have made 4 reversals on the 25th of January 2013 from my Cheque account. I received an email saying that Reversals can only be attempted within a period of 30 days from date of payment. The reversal that I made out of 4 it was only 2 which were less than 30 days. I was also told at the branch that they will charge me R241 if I'm not mistaken for the reversals whether it was successful or not.

To my surprise I have notice that an amount of R856 was charged from my account for the said reversal even thou only 2 of the reversal was within a period of 30 days from date of payment and the other 30 was over 45 days.

I have tried to call and also lodge complains but no feedback so far. I cannot pay R856, the amount that im supposed to pay is R428 for 2 transactions which were within the period of 30 days. The other 2 i wont pay beause it is above 30days.
