New National had a redeculouse service i believe this company needs to close down as it is wrobbing us. We had a claim end of November up until today they have not paid when we called them they said they were waiting for fnb to send settlement letter .and today we called FNB they said they have sent the document to New national and I again called New National they said No they still have to do investigations, my question was how did they ask FNB Westbank for settlement if they never do investigations . we called again a lady called Ria said they never receive the police report and that was a because it was sent to our broker Katty we called her back she said no head office all the documents.
New National is making their problem ours and they still deducting the premiums which is wrong.
