On 4th September 2013 I went into the Greenstone Branch of FNB to get a Settlement figure and close my Credit card account. The Lady said that she had to phone their call centre in order to get a settlement letter and balance for my account. It took them 2 hours of holding on the phone before I was told that I have to send an email in order for them to help me. Today is the 9th of September 2013 and I have yet to hear from them. This account has still not been settled and gaining interest.
