On12 Feb my Woolworths loan acc was settled & I called on 13 Feb 2 ask if the payment reflected & Akhona informed me that it was not & might take up to 2-4 days 2 reflect which I was ok with. I later called again & spoke 2 Quinton as I needed 2 know where 2 send proof of payment, & he gave me the mail address of which I sent proof of payment @ 11:32am & the settlement letter they sent me and still the amount was not reflecting as paid up. Yesterday morning I called again & spoke 2 Nabila who searched the inbox & informed me that the inbox gets cleared on a daily basis, & that my mail sent on the 13Feb was no longer there, surely whoever clears this inbox should have picked up my mail & acted on it? Nonetheless I re-mailed the proof of payment & the settlement letter 2 them again, same mail address, later called & spoke 2 Nandi who said she will forward the mail 2 Nabila who will investigate & this might take 24-48hrs. Today @ 2:02pm I got a call stating that Nabila did not get my mail? I then called again & got through 2 Lance who found the recent mail I just sent with all the attached docs. If Lance could find my mail & log it for further investigations y could they not find it?
