UN Easy pay

On two occasion I purchased electricity:
1. R300 and 2. R100
On both occasions no PIN code was given to me on my transaction statements.
I email EASYPAY 6 TIMES proof of the transaction statements that clearly showed NO pin codes.
I asked easy pay to refund me the R300 or afford me the pins for these two transactions.
Whilst I have received a few calls form them to say they were working on my problem, to date (4 weeks ago) I am short of R300 worth of electricity and no one has afforded me a solution.
