R300.00 for a transaction reversal

I've had my account with Nedbank for many years. I went on the morning of 11/07/2013 to reverse an internet transaction to Nedbank Fourways. I waited in the queue for approx 30 min before being assisted. I explained that i'd like to reverse an internet transfer which was done in error. Without even looking at my profile and without batting an eyelid the clerk says that it will cost R300.00 to attempt to reverse & thus no guarantee of success. A normal debit order reversal costs R75.00 & is possible within 30 days after the transaction takes place. How is this any different? To add insult to injury, the clerk tells me that I must try to recover the money myself from the Third Party. Maybe I should register myself as a banking service & charge R300.00 per transaction! The money transferred, in error, is mine! I want my money back! I work in the Client Service industry & know that something can be done. If people make the effort but people don't want to go the extra mile & 'WOW' a client with their service & pride in themselves, their company they're representing or their work. I'm seriously thinking of changing my bank.
