Pre paid electricity

I just bought R300 electricity and have not received the tokens? This is not the firt time this has happened. Why do you offer the service if it doesn't work? You took the R300 off my account but didn't send the token. I would like what I paid for without having the mission of having to still call or mail you for a service you claim to provide!
