Transaction not successfull

This is now the second month in a row that my electricity purchase is not sucessfull! The money is taken from my bank account, but the transaction is not processed, resulting in me having to wait for anything between 2 and 7 days to get the money back into my account.

I had to here now from a consultant that you can't buy electricity for more than R1000.00, why doesn't the web stop you when you put in an amount more that that??? Although last month I bought way less that that, and still the transaction did not go through!

I WILL NEVER make use of this web again, AND I WILL inform other about this, It is rediculous!!!

And all the consultants can say is sorry, eventually your money will be reversed into your back account - pathetic!
