Upon submission of my tax return, SARS requested supporting documentation re my provident fund payment I received in Nov 2012. I made my first request for this on 23 July 2013. I was advised that I would receive the document in 48hrs.
I followed up on the following dates: 25; 26; 30; 31 July and 1; 5; 6 August. Always receiving promises that the administrator, Natasha Singh, would be sending the IRP5 to me. Luciano Dawkins, through his agent Danielle promised the issue would be resolved by the 6 Aug. When I called in today, Kusha advised me that the administrator is unavailable, neither is his manager Mr Dawkins and that another manager, Nadine Jaffar, would be escalating my "query".
I was provided with a complaints department number 0112691705 which goes directly to a mailbox.
Alexandar Forbes is one of the most prominent service providers in the industry. Their lack of service delivery is extremely disappointing. Begging and pleading doesn't help. The only hope I have to get this resolved is this website. I still cannot believe that after 3 weeks they cannot email me a copy of my IRP5.
