Missing documents

I've submitted my claim forms last year July and I closed my bank account in october, when Alexandra forbes tried to pay my claim into that account it was closed then they couldnt pay the claim. I sent NOB forms which i completed and sent back with my certified copy of my ID and the bank statement with bank stamp on it on the 28/03/2013 it was delivered and received by Rachel.
then i called on the 02/04/2013 they told me that they where not delivered and they asked me for the proof of delivery which had Rachel's name and signature and they keep on asking me for Rachel's surname " I dont work with her, i dont know her surname" i told them. everytime when i call they ask me to send the proof of delivery which i've already sent more than four times. I personally went there on the 21/05/2013 and I spoke to Nel who comfirmed that the documents where signed out from the mail room by Nadia on the 05/04/2013 but they dont know she put them. I also spoke to Isaac from mail room who promised to give me a call on the 22/05/2013 as soon as Nadia walks in in the morning it did not happen and i phoned again on the 24/05/2013 and I also sent an email but... i just need someone to update me.
