3 MONTHS IN REPAIRS AND NO CAR (claim:410325)

My car was hit by hailstorm on the 20th October 2012 in Germiston. i lodged a claim with Miway on the 22 October 2012 and they arranged that the car be towed to a nearest panelbeater for assessment. On the 26th i was informed by Miway that my claim had been authorised for repairs. I never received any feedback from the repairer (Kempton Park Modguard) until i called them on the 8th November for progress. They informed me that they have not received any authorisation for the repairs. I called Miway and they said authorisation was sent to the repairer. Oops!!! No, East Rand MotorLab will be repairing your car> This was strange as no one had informed me about this. So i had to call them again to arrange that ERMotolab must tow the car from Modguard.
The long and short of this is that East Rand Motolab called me on the 8th Dec 2012 to inform me that they were still waiting for the bonnet from overseas. When i called them last week Wednesday, they informed me that the car is in assembly and they do not know for sure whne will i get it back.

Still no follow up from Miway!!
