A month later still no word on my claim

I had put in an online claim on the 12 November 2013. I was told to take my car to the nearest assessment, which I did. I later called during the month of November, and I was told a guy called Sechaba will call me. It is now almost a month later I still haven't heard a word from Miway on when and where to take my car for repairs. in two days time, it will be a full month since I received any word from Miway, regardless of how many times I have called about my claim.
