VERY IMPRESSED BY SERVICE RECEIVED FROM KRISHNAN

I had a complained since May 2013 to date with DOT.FNB that I even sent my complaint to Ombudsman still no one was helping me at FNB with my query regarding a faulty phone that was not working properly within the 7days. Everyone kept on calling and promising to get back to me and assist me on how to resolve my complaint but they never did. On the 26 July 2013 I got a call from Krishnan Craig from smart device regarding the same query and promised to pick up my phone on the 29 July at my workplace to resolve the issue which on the day he did come to pick it up and promised to call me before end of business and he did call me with news that they will cancel my contract as I requested and sign me up for a new contract of my choice. The following day he sent me a communication via email of the cancellation of my contract and that I can come at any DOT.FNB and get a new device in my own convenient time.
