Billing in my daugter's bank account

Hi

I queried a debit order in my 3 year old's account at the bank and the investigated and found that this company has been debiting her account. When I confronted them, they confessed to the debit done by their
consultants. They promised to reimburse the debit since, to date they still haven't done so. The balance on my daughter's account is minus because of the R 115.00 I have been charged with every debit order that didn't go through.

An amount of R58 has been billed in her account each month, and for 4 months which didn't go through (debit order of R115 was charged for each amount not received)

I request urgent assistance in this regard. I can't save money now on her account because of this negatives, in the past I have paid for all debit orders not knowing what was going on in the account till I checked her statement in June because she doesn't have an overdraft.
