I would like to compliment Keneilwe Gaza working for Saya Recoveries for her great attitude towards what i can call their clients. After being misled by a Planet Fitness consultant whose aim is just to increase his commission rather than providing service and clear explanation to those people they call to sign up, i never attended the gym from January 2013 until July and i did not know that i was being billed for all those months.
My matter was handed over to Saya Recoveries and the best of them all Keneilwe was attending my case. I was very aggressive when Keneilwe first called me but with her well polished customer service experience i calmed down and later came to understood that she was not the problem but she wanted actually to solve a problem created by the misleading planet fitness consultant.
Million thanks to Saya Recoveries' Keneilwe. Planet Fitness Fourways needs training from people like you.
I later settled the debt i had fallen into unaware.
