Slow Lounge Charge

To Whom It May Concern,

I am recent recipient of an FNB platinum card. One of the major benefits of this card I was told was access to the Slow Lounge. What i was mot informed is that certain terms and conditions apply with regards to this benefit. I have now been charged R 500 for /- 45 mins in the lounge. Where I received two appeltizers and a yogurt. If I had know about these charges I would have never entered into the lounge in the first place. I feel that this is a complete rip off and would like someone to contact me with regards to this matter.
I have a lodged a complaint with FNB however I was told that nothing can be done. I would like to escalate this matter to someone who can assist me with regards to getting these charges reversed.
