Alexander Forbes. Not only were their agents bad with their service but the team leader, manager and Administrators as well. They had to transfer my funds to my bank account I gave them all necessary documentation 7 weeks ago.
On the 17th July it was communicated to me that the transfer was rejected I called them back and I was told they need few documents which I provided & faxed on the 18th. I confirmed with them that they found the fax. The agent told me they have everything they'll process the claim and the turn around (transfer) time is 48 hrs because of the Bank I use. I gave them a week and called on Friday 26 July only to be told by another Agent that it was not processed. Monday 29 July @08 :00 I called I got cut off. I called again & spoke to the rudest Agent ever Paulina she shouted @ me saying there's nothing she can do, ddnt even bother to truobleshoot she put me on hold for a long time & ddnt even want to call team leader I got cut off. Eventually After a long fight I spoke to team leader Lusiano rude then Emily the assistant admistrator. to cut a sad long story short, As I write this complaint I still dont have my money and no one has communicated anything to me today.
