POOR POOR SERVICE!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my husband, or months we have been bombarded with emails, sms's and letters, stating he is pre-approved for a personal loan to the value of R150000 blah! blah! blah! they even went to far as to have a chq written out already. so eventually we decide to take up a loan for R40k to assist with our housing fees etc. We have been emailing a document that they require for an entire week, 2-3 times a day to the email addresses they provide us with. They still have not received it, my husband has to use his airtime to call them and then the consultants are SO rude, unfriendly and impatient!!! it really is the worse service! don't know what to do. the email addresses we have used are: [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed], I have also checked website and those are the correct email addresses. and have used his id as ref. what more must we do???
