These guys are LIARS!
I asked these guys to transfer my benefit to a new pension fund in December 2012. It still has not been done and no one is giving me any explanation as to why. They always say they will call me in 24hrs and they NEVER do. I'm the one that has to call them and still I can't get any answers as to why the money has not been transfered. Today I was promised that I will get a call from the team leader by 2pm but still nothing.
