I was offered a break month from your company and took up the offer for end of July. If I had known that I would be called saying I'm in arrears then I might not have done so. I was contacted yesterday by one of your collections agents saying its normal to call clients who opted for a break and advise that they are in arrears. Stupid concept for calling paying clients. I said my peace and did not expect to receive another call on the matter. Low and behold I receive another call from your collections department saying I'm in arrears. Now this in my opinion is harassment since I already advised of the break you gave me. Keeping in mind that you sell this break as clients who alway pay I do not understand the logic on harassing paying clients. I suggest you revisit how you handle clients given a break and not like non paying clients. Furthermore, should I receive one more call from your collections I will contact the ncr with an official complaint of harassment. Alternatively you can confirm the status of non arrears and that I will not be contacted by your collections again.
